Who I am

A space-holder for what is ready to transform.

I’m Manuel. I work online and in person in Langnau am Albis, with life coaching, Reiki and energy work.

I open a deep healing space where everything that is ready to be transformed, healed or released comes gently to the surface. Often it is an early-childhood experience that shapes the way we process, express or experience life — the work I offer is an opportunity to meet those places with safety and presence.

On my vision quest, four days and nights alone and fasting in the mountains, I found clarity: I am the man who is inspired by water and walks his path.

I know this isn’t a small amount of money. I hesitated for a long time to invest in myself and my path – today I know I wouldn’t be living the life I live now without that step.

You can reschedule or cancel your session free of charge up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund. For later cancellations, I’m unfortunately unable to offer a refund. If something unexpected happens, write to me. We’ll find a way.

The three sessions of the journey can be used within 6 months.

My work is a form of accompaniment and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

How an online session works

The flow is the same as in my practice: we talk first, then comes the energy work, followed by reflection. Energy work also works at a distance.

You’ll need a quiet place where you can be undisturbed for 90 minutes, somewhere to sit for our conversations and somewhere to lie down for the energy work. While you rest, calm music accompanies you. I’ll send you the link for our call in advance.
